We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and all related regulations. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have.
Data We Collect
Personal data when you buy or register
When you create an account or complete an order, we collect:
Full name — to personalize your shopping experience and address your delivery.
Mobile phone number — for order communication and delivery notifications.
Delivery address — emirate, area, street, and postal details within the UAE.
Email address — to send order confirmations and status notifications.
Payment data — processed in encrypted form through licensed payment gateways; we do not store card numbers.
Automatic browsing and usage data
IP address, device type, browser, and operating system.
Pages visited, browsing duration, and visit source.
Shopping-cart data and viewed products.
We use this data only to improve store performance. We do not sell it to any party.
How We Use Your Data
Order processing: confirming purchases and arranging delivery within the UAE.
Customer communication: order-status notifications by email and WhatsApp, and responses to your inquiries.
Secure payment: passing encrypted payment data to the licensed payment gateway.
Legal compliance: meeting the requirements of the Federal Tax Authority and the Personal Data Protection Law.
Service improvement: analyzing usage data to develop the shopping experience.
Fraud prevention: monitoring suspicious activity and protecting customer accounts.
Optional marketing: only for customers who have explicitly consented to receive offers.
Delivery Within the UAE
We deliver to all seven emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. Your address data is used solely for delivery by our own drivers. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Payment Security
Accepted payment methods are mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and PayPal. We do not offer Cash on Delivery. Payments are processed through licensed gateways in accordance with the regulations of the Central Bank of the UAE, and we never store card numbers. Full details are in our Payment Policy.
Returns and Consumer Rights
You have the right to return eligible products within 7 days of receipt, in line with UAE consumer protection requirements. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within up to 14 days after inspection. Full conditions, exceptions, and fees are in our Return & Refund Policy.
Sharing Data With Third Parties
We share your data only when necessary:
Licensed payment gateways: encrypted payment data, to complete your transaction.
Our e-commerce platform provider: as the technical platform the store runs on, under its own privacy policy.
Government authorities: upon an official legal request from the competent authorities.
Because deliveries are made by our own drivers, your address and phone details are not passed to external courier companies. Explicit commitment: we do not sell, rent, or transfer your data to any external marketing party.
Your Legal Rights
Under UAE law, you have the right to:
Access all of your data held by us.
Correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.
Delete your data once the purpose of its collection has ended.
Object to the use of your data for direct marketing, effective immediately.
Complain to the UAE Data Office if you believe your rights have been violated.

Data Security and Retention
Full SSL/TLS encryption for all connections to the website.
Passwords stored in encrypted, non-recoverable form.
Employee access to data restricted on a need-to-know basis.
Periodic security reviews and continuous monitoring against intrusion.
Retention periods:
Order and invoice data: 5 years, per Federal Tax Authority requirements.
Personal account data: for the life of the account, deleted within 90 days of a deletion request.
Browsing and analytics data: deleted automatically after 24 months.
Marketing lists: deleted within 30 days of unsubscribing.
Compliance With UAE Law
Personal Data Protection Law — Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021: we comply with its provisions on collecting, processing, storing, and disclosing personal data, under the supervision of the UAE Data Office (established by Federal Decree-Law No. 44 of 2021).
E-commerce — Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 (Trading by Modern Technological Means): we disclose all legally required information, including store details and sale, delivery, and return policies.
Consumer Protection — Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 (as amended): we uphold the return rights, product-information accuracy, and protection from commercial fraud required under the supervision of the Ministry of Economy.
Federal Tax Authority: we issue electronic tax invoices and apply 5% VAT — TRN: 104651676900001.
Cybercrime — Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021: we comply with information-security and digital-privacy regulations, alongside the requirements of the TDRA and the UAE Data Office.
