We do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be paid in full online at the time of purchase. If a payment method is not listed above, it is not accepted.
2. Currency
All payments on our website are processed in UAE Dirhams (AED).
3. Prices and VAT
All displayed prices include 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax. Our Tax Registration Number (TRN) is 104651676900001. An electronic tax invoice is issued with every order.
The price applied to your order is the price displayed at the moment of order confirmation. Delivery fees (see our Shipping Policy) are shown separately and clearly before you complete payment.
4. Payment Security
The security of your personal and financial information is one of our highest priorities. All transactions are protected with SSL encryption and processed through licensed, secure payment gateways in accordance with the regulations of the Central Bank of the UAE. We never store your card numbers.
5. Payment Processing
Payments are processed immediately upon completing your purchase.
After a successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and full order details.
An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
6. Failed Payments
If your payment is declined or does not complete:
Please contact your bank or payment provider first to identify the cause.
If the problem persists, contact our support team and we will be glad to help.
Orders with failed payments are not processed or delivered.
