Return & Refund Policy — SameDays

At SameDays, we are committed to our customers' satisfaction and trust. If the product you received does not match your expectations, or you face any problem with your order, this policy explains clearly what you can return, how, and what to expect.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 7 days from the date you receive your order, in line with UAE consumer protection requirements.

Return requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

2. What Can Be Returned

We accept returns in two cases:

a) Defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If your product arrives defective, damaged, or is not the item you ordered, we will take it back at no cost to you — we cover return delivery, and you receive a full refund including the original shipping fee, or a replacement, whichever you prefer.

b) Change of mind (non-defective items). Products in their original, unopened, and unused condition, with their original sealed packaging and all included accessories, tags, and cards, may be returned within the return period, subject to the return delivery fees described in Section 4.

SameDays reserves the right to decline any return request that does not meet these conditions.

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned (Unless Defective)

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items can only be returned if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect:

Cosmetics, skincare, and personal care products once their seal or packaging has been opened

Perfumes once opened

Earrings and pierced jewelry

Baby feeding, hygiene, and care items once opened

Personal-use accessories worn directly on the body once their packaging has been opened

Items marked as final sale or clearance at the time of purchase

Gift cards and vouchers

Each product page indicates if an item is non-returnable at the time of purchase.

4. Return Delivery Fees

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: return delivery is free, and we refund your original shipping fee in full.

Change-of-mind returns (no fault with the product): the customer bears the delivery cost in both directions — 30 AED for the original delivery (non-refundable) and 30 AED for the return collection, a total of 60 AED. This is disclosed here and at the point of return so there are no surprises.

5. How to Request a Return

Send your documents: your order number plus a copy of your invoice or order-confirmation message. For defective or incorrect items, please include photos of the issue.

Review and approval: our team reviews your request and confirms approval, usually within 1–2 business days.

Collection: once approved, our own drivers collect the item from your address — you do not need to arrange any courier yourself.

6. Refunds

After the returned product is received and inspected, your refund is processed within up to 14 days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase.

For change-of-mind returns, the original 30 AED shipping fee is not refundable; for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, it is refunded in full.

7. Exchanges

We are glad to accept exchanges. To exchange an item, simply return the original product under this policy and place a new order for the item you want. For defective or incorrect items, we can arrange a direct replacement at no cost — just tell our team you prefer a replacement instead of a refund.

8. Warranty

SameDays does not provide its own store warranty. Where a product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, that warranty applies according to the manufacturer's own terms, and our team will gladly help you with the information needed to use it. See our Terms of Service and Disclaimer for details.
