This document sets out the complete legal terms and conditions governing the relationship between the SameDays store — owned and operated by ONE HAND GENERAL TRADING CO. L.L.C (اليد الواحدة للتجارة العامة شركة الشخص الواحد ذ.م.م), trade licence no. 1188120 — and every user or buyer who deals with the website samedays.co. These terms apply to all browsing, purchasing, and communication conducted through the website. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please stop using the store immediately.

3. Eligibility and Account Terms
To use SameDays and make purchases, you must:
Be 18 years of age or older, or have the legal capacity to contract under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Provide true, accurate, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any other party. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Not create more than one account per person to circumvent any restrictions or terms.
Use a delivery address located within the United Arab Emirates.
4. Prices, Payment, and VAT
Prices: all prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include 5% Value Added Tax under the UAE VAT system (Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017). TRN: 104651676900001. An electronic tax invoice is issued with every order.
Accepted payment methods: mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Cash on Delivery is not available.
Payment security: all transactions are protected with SSL encryption and processed through licensed payment gateways in accordance with Central Bank of the UAE regulations. Card numbers are never stored.
Price changes: we reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applied to your order is the price displayed at the moment of order confirmation.

5. Orders, Shipping, and Delivery
Order confirmation: you receive a confirmation message immediately after successful payment, including your order number and full details.
Delivery time: within 24 hours of order confirmation, anywhere in the UAE, delivered by our own drivers. Orders may be placed daily until the 3:00 AM cut-off.
Shipping fee: a flat 30 AED on all orders, shown clearly at checkout before payment.
Delivery updates: sent to you by email and WhatsApp.
Order cancellation: an order may be cancelled before it is dispatched. After dispatch, it is governed by the Return & Refund Policy.
Force majeure: we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters or decisions of government authorities.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty
Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of receipt under the conditions of the Return & Refund Policy published on this website.
Products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging; opened cosmetics, personal care products, perfumes, and other hygiene-sensitive items are returnable only if defective.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within up to 14 days after inspection of the returned item.
Warranty: SameDays does not provide its own store warranty. Where the manufacturer provides a warranty, it applies according to the manufacturer's own terms. Warranty coverage never includes damage caused by misuse or breakage.

Contacting the support team to resolve issues related to your orders.
Writing honest reviews based on genuine personal experience.
Sharing store content on social media.
Prohibited use
Submitting falsified data or impersonating another person.
Abusing or circumventing the return system.
Publishing false or misleading reviews in any form.
Attempting to breach the store's systems or manipulate prices.
Commercial resale of products without prior written permission.
8. Governing UAE Law
E-commerce — Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 (Trading by Modern Technological Means): these terms comply with the UAE e-commerce framework, including full disclosure of business information, consumer rights, and complaint mechanisms.
Consumer Protection — Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 (as amended by Federal Decree-Law No. 5 of 2023) and its Executive Regulation (Cabinet Decision No. 66 of 2023): the consumer is guaranteed the right to receive a product matching its advertised specifications, to return it where defective, and to receive clear product information, under the supervision of the Ministry of Economy.
Civil Transactions Law — Federal Law No. 5 of 1985 (as amended): these terms are interpreted and applied in accordance with UAE civil law.
VAT — Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 — Federal Tax Authority: all prices include 5% VAT. TRN: 104651676900001.
Cybercrime — Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021: any attempt to breach, defraud, or misuse the store's systems exposes the perpetrator to legal prosecution under this law.

9. Limitation of Liability
SameDays is committed to a professional and reliable service; however, there are limits of liability that must be disclosed:
The store is not liable for indirect damages or commercial losses resulting from misuse of products.
Product images are for illustration; colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, and this is not considered a deviation from specifications.
The store is not liable for delays resulting from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

10. Amendments and Dispute Resolution
Updates to terms: we reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced by email or on the website. Continued use of the store after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
