At SameDays, our promise is simple: your order is delivered within 24 hours of order confirmation — often on the same day. This page explains exactly how shipping and delivery work at our store.
1. Delivery Coverage
Delivery is available to all cities and areas of the United Arab Emirates, covering all seven emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
All areas are served at the same delivery speed. We do not ship outside the United Arab Emirates under any circumstances.
2. Delivery Time
Your order is delivered within 24 hours or less from the moment your order is confirmed (payment successfully processed), under normal operating conditions.
Orders can be placed daily until the cut-off time of 3:00 AM (UAE time). During exceptional peak seasons or major promotions, delivery may take slightly longer; if that ever affects your order, we will inform you proactively by email or WhatsApp.
3. Shipping Fees
A flat fee of 30 AED applies to all orders across the United Arab Emirates.
There is no free-shipping threshold. The shipping fee is displayed clearly at checkout before you complete payment, and it appears on your tax invoice.
4. Who Delivers Your Order
All deliveries are made by our own drivers. We do not hand your order to third-party courier companies, which is how we keep full control over speed and quality.
5. Order Tracking & Delivery Updates
Once your order is confirmed and out for delivery, you will receive delivery updates and the information needed to follow your order's status by email and WhatsApp.
6. Delivery Conditions
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are complete and correct; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Our driver will contact you by phone or WhatsApp when your order is on its way.
If you are unavailable at the first delivery attempt, our team will coordinate with you to arrange a second attempt.
