This page sets out the limits of SameDays' liability, transparently and in plain language, in accordance with UAE law. It should be read together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Payment Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
1. Product Information and Images
We take care to display accurate product names, descriptions, specifications, and prices. If an unintentional error appears in a listing, we will correct it as soon as it is discovered, and you will always be entitled to your rights under our Return & Refund Policy.
Product images are for illustration. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings; this is not considered a deviation from specifications.
Packaging may occasionally be updated by manufacturers and differ slightly from the displayed image while the product itself remains identical.
2. Warranty
SameDays does not provide its own store warranty on any product.
Where a product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, that warranty applies exclusively according to the manufacturer's own terms, duration, and conditions. Our team will gladly provide the information you need to make use of it.
No warranty — store or manufacturer — covers damage resulting from misuse, breakage, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.
Nothing on this page limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UAE law, including your rights regarding defective products under our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Delivery
Our stated delivery commitment (within 24 hours of order confirmation) applies under normal operating conditions. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure — including natural disasters, severe weather, or decisions of government authorities — though we will always keep you informed and complete your delivery as quickly as circumstances allow.
We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, SameDays is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or commercial losses, arising from the use or misuse of products purchased from the store.
Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount actually paid for that order, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights.
Products must be used according to the manufacturer's instructions. The store bears no responsibility for damage or injury resulting from use contrary to those instructions.
5. Website Availability
We work to keep samedays.co available around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance or technical circumstances may occasionally cause temporary unavailability.
We are not responsible for the content of external websites that may be linked from our store.
